Use of the App
By using the INCOME Timer app you agree to these Terms of Use.
You may only use the app in compliance with applicable laws.
In-app purchases
The one-time ad-removal purchase is managed exclusively through the App Store or Google Play.
Refunds are governed by the terms of the respective store (Apple/Google) — the developer cannot process or refund payments directly.
Accuracy of data
Calculated earnings are an estimate only, based on the rate and worked time you enter.
The app does not replace your employer's official payroll records or any other legally binding record of working time or pay.
Liability
The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
Intellectual Property
All content and code of the app are protected by copyright.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify the app without the author’s consent.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The updated version will always be published on our website with the effective date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU.
