Privacy Policy
Effective from 7. July 2026 Last updated 11. September 2026
The app works without an account. The only things that leave your device are the ones a feature could not work without — this page says what they are, who processes them and how long they are kept.
What data does INCOME Timer collect?
INCOME Timer respects your privacy.
The app does not require account registration; your shift and earnings records are stored locally on your device.
To serve ads and to handle purchases — both the Premium subscription and the one-off ad removal — we use the third-party services described below (Google AdMob, RevenueCat). The app uses no analytics SDK and no crash reporting.
What stays only on your device?
All shift records, history, and settings.
All earnings calculations are performed locally on your device.
This local data is not sent to our servers.
Device backups (iCloud / Android)
The app does not perform any cloud sync of its own (it does not use iCloud/CloudKit).
On Android, however, the device's default backup to your Google account (Auto Backup) applies unless you've disabled it — the app's local data may be included in your overall Google account backup.
On iOS/iPadOS, the app's data may similarly be included in your overall iCloud backup (or a local computer backup) if you back up your entire device.
These backups are controlled solely by Apple/Google according to your device settings — the developer has no access to them.
Exchange rates (exchangerate-api.com)
To convert between currencies, the app fetches current exchange rates once every 24 hours from the public exchangerate-api.com API.
This is an anonymous request with no API key and no personal or identifying data — only a currency code is sent. The response is cached locally.
Ads and use of advertising services (AdMob)
For users who have not purchased ad removal, the app may display ads (banner and interstitial).
Ads are provided via Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect technical device identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), IP address and other device signals for the purpose of ad delivery and personalization.
These data are processed directly by Google according to its policies. See: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads and https://policies.google.com/privacy
To prevent ads, you can purchase the one-time ad removal in the app, or adjust ad settings on your device (limit ad tracking/personalization where available).
Subscriptions and purchases (RevenueCat)
The Premium subscription and the one-off "Remove Ads" purchase are both managed through RevenueCat.
RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, the purchase receipt from the App Store or Google Play (e.g. product identifier, purchase date) and device data, in order to verify that your subscription or purchase is valid.
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details — those are handled exclusively by Apple/Google as part of the store purchase.
When a subscription ends, your records stay on the device and remain readable. We do not delete them.

Purpose and legal basis of processing
Purpose: currency conversion (exchangerate-api.com), serving ads and removing them after purchase (AdMob, RevenueCat).
Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the app and operating ads, performance of a contract when providing the purchased ad removal, and user consent where required by the platform (e.g. ad personalization).
How long is data retained?
Local data on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Data collected by advertising services is controlled by the ad provider (Google) according to its policies.
How can I delete data?
Uninstall the app or delete relevant records in the app settings — this removes the local database.
For ad settings and limiting tracking, visit your device settings (e.g. Limit Ad Tracking on iOS / Reset Advertising ID on Android).
For a question or deletion request regarding RevenueCat data, contact us at the email below.

Sharing and processors
We do not sell your data.
To provide the features described above we use these processors — Google AdMob (ads), and RevenueCat (ad-removal purchase management).
Apple/Google — app stores (App Store/Google Play), where payment processing takes place, and device backup, under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of data to the extent it concerns you.
If you want to prevent ads, you can purchase ad removal or adjust privacy settings on your device.
Changes to this policy
We may occasionally update these policies.
The updated version will always be published on our website with the effective date.

What cookies does this website use?
This section concerns the website, not the app itself. The app continues to work without an account and your data stays on your device.
Essential cookies are required to run the site (for example to remember your consent choice and your light or dark theme). The site does not work without them and they cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. They measure traffic via Google Analytics 4 so we know which pages are useful. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Until you give consent, no analytics cookie is set — we use Google Consent Mode v2 with a default state of "denied".
This site uses no marketing or advertising cookies at all, not even with your consent. We run no advertising and no remarketing, so there is nothing to ask permission for.
